Atlantis The Royal & Aquaventure
Inaugurated as the world's most ultra-luxury experiential resort, Atlantis The Royal is a deconstructed architectural triumph designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). Standing 43 stories high along the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the building resembles a futuristic stack of interlocking blocks, creating 44 private sky villas each boasting its own elevated infinity plunge pool and landscaped terrace. The resort houses the world's largest gathering of celebrity chefs under one roof, including culinary titans Heston Blumenthal, José Andrés, and Gastón Acurio. At ground level, the Skyblaze Fountain delivers the region's first fire-meets-water theatrics, while the Cloud 22 sky pool floats 90 meters above the Arabian Gulf with private cabanas and panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. Adjacent lies Aquaventure World, officially certified as the world's largest waterpark with over 105 record-breaking slides, cliff jumps, and marine animal experiences across 55 acres.
“An ultra-luxury architectural masterwork of cantilevered glass and sky courts, crowned by Cloud 22 and the world's largest waterpark.”
