Edge of the World (Jebel Fihrayn) - Riyadh Escarpment
Rising abruptly from the Tuwaiq plateau 90 kilometers northwest of Riyadh, Jebel Fihrayn—famously known as the 'Edge of the World'—features sheer vertical limestone cliffs overlooking endless flat vistas that formed the bed of a prehistoric sea 150 million years ago. Sunset views from the precipice are among the most dramatic natural spectacles in the Arabian Peninsula.
“A breathtaking geological escarpment dropping 300 meters into ancient seabed plains, offering dramatic horizons west of Riyadh.”
