1. Scope of Agreement & Sovereign Authority
These Sovereign Terms of Service govern your access to and interaction with the Tourism Compass platform, including its multilingual destination registries, epigraphic deciphering utilities, AI synthesis algorithms, and B2B commercial gateways. By accessing our services, you signify unconditional acceptance of this Charter.
2. Statutory Compliance Notice: Religious Journeys & Egyptian Law No. 72
In strict accordance with Egyptian Law No. 72 of 2021 establishing the Egyptian Gate for Umrah and governing pilgrimage affairs, Tourism Compass Ltd. explicitly affirms:
- Tourism Compass is NOT a travel agency, pilgrimage organizer, or tour operator.
- We do NOT sell, arrange, or book Hajj or Umrah trips, nor do we solicit or receive funds, payments, or pilgrimage deposits.
- The Sacred Journeys portal operates solely as an audited, verified directory indexing travel enterprises holding valid Category (A) licenses issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities.
- Any formal contracting, booking agreements, payments, and itinerary execution occur directly and exclusively between the traveler and the authorized, verified travel agency.
3. Intellectual Property & Epigraphic Assets
All proprietary algorithms, vector cartouche rendering matrices, custom Gardiner Sign List transliteration lexicons, editorial essays, and UI aesthetic assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Tourism Compass Ltd. Vector cartouches forged by individual patrons via our platform are granted under a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.
4. B2B Partner Conduct & Licensure Auditing
Entities registered in our B2B Institutional Portal warrant that all listings, pricing indications, and promotional offers accurately represent their actual operational capacities. We reserve the absolute right to terminate access and purge listings of any partner providing inaccurate licensing credentials or violating sovereign consumer protection statutes.
